Brinkley Model G Taking Toy Haulers to the extreme. Tangent once again partnered with Brinkley RV, an all-new Indiana based RV manufacturer, to design and develop the Brinkley Model G fifth wheel cap. The Model G represents the second offering from a new line of Brinkley towable RVs designed to stand out in a crowded marketplace.Brinkley tasked Tangent with developing a brand-new Toy Hauler model that would take Brinkley’s established brand identity in a more extreme direction. Giving the Model G a more angular and aggressive look would be critical in helping to distinguish it from the rest of Brinkley’s portfolio, and from an increasingly competitive Toy Hauler segment.The design process began with Tangent working closely with the Brinkley engineering team to create a side wall profile that would ensure a properly aggressive approach angle and overall cap profile. HARLEY DAVIDSON GMC SIERRA

GMC Harley-Davidson Refining a winning formula. Tangent once again partnered with Tuscany Motor Co. and Harley Davidson Motorcycles to design and develop the new for 2023 GMC Sierra Harley Davidson edition. Building off the success of the previous HD Sierra model, Tangent was tasked with updating the refreshed GMC Sierra with Harley’s iconic design features.Notable updates to the 2023 GMC Sierra HD include a new grille with Harley’s iconic bar & shield hex, as well new Harley Davidson lettering on the lower facia, and an updated orange surround on the main grille. QWEST M CLASS HELM

Qwest M Class Helm Detail oriented design. Qwest Pontoon and Tangent recently collaborated on Qwest’s highest level M Class helm line, delivering a thoroughly contemporary and content rich design fit for Qwest’s top tier of pontoon boats.Notable features on the M Class helm include a billet grab-handle, crisp high-density foam milled center gauge display and pass through, and a lower binnacle storage space with a back-lit logo decal & leather wrapped trim panels. Studio X: Mobile Miniature Painting Studio Kickstarting a dream. It’s not all things that go VROOM over here at team Tangent. Sometimes we get to bring a mom & pop shop’s Kickstarter dreams into reality. Tangent partnered with a husband-and-wife duo that were looking to take their miniature figure model painting & brush storage solutions to the next level, with a comprehensive storage solution that would be compact, portable, and most of all, highly functional.Starting with some rough mockups provided by the clients, Tangent set about sketching 2D concepts that captured their vision, and provided all of the necessary packaging requirements for their modeling needs. This included designing a portable case that would also function as a brush holder when open, allowing space for two wet pallets, as well a shelf for paints and figures, cutting boards, and additional storage capacity for other modeling tools such as x-acto knives, glue, and spare parts.After...

Airstream eStream An Electrified Future. Tangent once again partnered with iconic RV manufacturer Airstream to design & develop the Airstream eStream concept trailer, an industry first foray into the electric towable market. Featuring high capacity battery packs and an electric motor not unlike the one’s in today’s electric cars, the eStream concept provides enhanced towing efficiency through aerodynamic exterior enhancements, and aforementioned power boost from its built in electric motor. Revolution Helm Chair Automotive style, Marine function. Tangent recently partnered with Wieland Motion, a market leader in seating and furniture design and manufacturing for a variety of specialties including, health, hospitality, automotive and marine, to design and develop, from the ground up, the Revolution Helm Chair. Noting a lack of high function, automotive style helm chairs in the pontoon industry, Tangent and Wieland set about designing a helm chair that would set a new benchmark for pontoon helm seating.Starting from a blank slate, Tangent worked with Wieland to develop 2D ideation sketches of potential two part hinged and single piece short-backed helm chairs that would utilize rotational molding’s robust construction and relatively cost-effective manufacturing techniques. Shelby F-150 Raptor 3rd Generation Performance. Tangent together with iconic performance manufacturer Shelby and Elkhart based premium truck up-fitter Tuscany Motor Co., teamed up to design & develop the 2022 Shelby F-150 Raptor, Shelby’s latest foray into the performance truck market. MORGAN OLSON STORM

Morgan Olson Storm Morgan takes Class-2 by… Morgan Olson, a leading manufacturer of walk-in cargo and delivery vans, reached out to Tangent to help design and develop Morgan’s first entry into the Class-2 truck market.   Built on the Ford F-150 chassis, the Storm represents Morgan’s first foray into a competitive Class-2 commercial vehicle market, that allows for non CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) drivers to operate cargo vehicles that would otherwise require a specialized license to use.[qodef_separator type="full-width" color="#000000" border_style="dotted" thickness="2"] Tangent helped Morgan design the Storm from the ground up, beginning with multiple rounds of 2D styling ideation, ensuring that the Storm would have a refined modern exterior. REVENGE GT1

Revenge GT1 A dish best served with 900 HP. Tangent recently partnered with Irvine California based performance upfitter Peregrine Automotive to design, develop and model Peregrine’s next high end performance icon, the Revenge GT1. Based on the 991.2 Porsche Turbo chassis, this full body conversion adds 6inches of width to the 991’s substantial frame, and features full body side vents, and functional aero additions inspired by Porsche’s rich racing heritage.
